14th Annual Bike Tour of Colorado

Adaptive Adventures works to provide cycling for everyone! We offer cycling clinics, group rides, races, training programs and events to meet a wide range of needs for individuals of all abilities. One of our key program areas is to support disabled riders and team members on multi-day recreational rides. Our featured ride again this season is the 2008 Bicycle Tour of Colorado.

2008 marks the fifth year of Adaptive Adventures partnership with the Bicycle Tour of Colorado, one of the premier recreational rides in the country. Our team consists of 20 to 25 cyclists of all abilities working together to conquer this challenging route. In addition to all the services provided by the Bike Tour and its staff, Adaptive Adventures Team members receive specialized sag support, private baggage handling, mechanical support, team jerseys, hotel lodging at each location, extra food and beverage, and a great group!

In Kind Donations Needed

Adaptive Adventures works hard to bring programs to people at low or no cost. In an effort to reduce overhead costs, we define our budgets to outline the costs we could avoid if an In Kind Donor becomes available.

For the '08 Bicycle Tour of Colorado, our needs are as follows:

  • Swag: Hats, Jerseys
  • Meals and Snacks
  • Hotels
  • Airline miles/tickets for our soldiers

If you have a business or a product that might help us to reduce these overhead costs, please call us at 303-679-2770 or email us at donations
