                                                         Three Steps

1) FILL OUT REGISTRATION FORM & WAIVER (See page attachments on right) AND SUBMIT FOR LESSON            CONSIDERATION to Angela Allen

2) RECEIVE BACK APPROVAL / CONFIRMATION ON LESSON DATE(S) AND TIME(S)

3) REGISTER FOR APPROVED LESSON(S) AND PAY FEE TO RESERVE SPOT*

2011 is the first year for the Adaptive Adventures / GLASA Midwest Adaptive Ski & Ride program. We have been working for months to raise funds, purchase adaptive equipment, train volunteer instructors, and develop a plan with Wilmot Mountain. We are very pleased with our progress to date.

Our primary goals for all participants in the program are Safety, FUN, and Learning. The number of lessons we will be able to offer this first season is directly tied to our available resources and our ability to offer a Safe and Fun experience.

* Our limited resources will not be able to meet the demand we are receiving for lessons in 2011. We are setting up this sign-up procedure in order to maximize lesson opportunities. We will expand these opportunities in 2012 as the program develops.
