Double Dam Bike Ride

This is the 4th year of the Double Dam Bike ride and is a fun, FREE ride. 

We start at Stone House in Lakewood (corner of Estes and Yale). This year we will have 3 different routes depending on how far you wish to go (and is completely up to you)

-The 50k ride will take off west, go over the Dam at Bear Creek, jump on the C470 trail south to Chatfield Rez and Over the Dam (there will be a rest area at the top of the dam). From there you will get on the Platte River Trail and continue back to the Bear Creek Trail to head back to Stone House.

-The 40k ride will take off East down the Bear Creek Trail. At the Platte River Trail, you will head south to Chatfield. You will Climb the Dam at Chatfield and at the Rest Area at the top you will turn around and head back the way you came.

-The 10k or whatever distance you like will head East down the Bear Creek Trail. You will take it to the end of the trail (It ends at the Platte River Trail) and turn around and come back. (there is no rest area on this distance)
