Steve McCarley

Board Member

Steve McCarley grew up in Colorado enjoying most of the outdoor sports that his beautiful state offers.  He left to attend Arizona State University where he was an honors student and member of the ASU Rugby Team.  There he founded a fundraising organization to support East African famine in 80’s, and the operational efforts were joined by 120 college campuses across North America and supported by President Ronald Reagan. Soon after he traveled to Africa to distribute the food, medicine and water drilling equipment directly.

Steve’s professional career has garnered record-breaking results in strategic sales and sales management across multiple industries for over three decades in the Western US. As Senior Consultant for NeoTreks, he provides both commercial and government accounts with critical mobile geospatial solutions.  During those same years in his free-time, he has been a major volunteer and fundraiser for Make-A-Wish Foundation, Special Olympics and Amp The Cause. This is Steve’s 5th year as a volunteer for Adaptive Adventures, and his first year on the Board of Directors.

He is a proud father of three gentlemen in their thirties who are successfully working around the world.
Steve is an avid caver with expeditions on three continents and enjoys competitive sand volleyball leagues throughout the year.
