Adam Webb

Adaptive Ski and Sports Coordinator

Adam is a dedicated and passionate educator with over 15 years of experience in education across the UK, China, and the USA. Adam is committed to using the great outdoors to generate positive athletic experiences to bring communities together.

With a diverse background spanning international educational settings, Adam has honed valuable skills in leadership, team development, and strategic planning. Having started the journey in education as a class teacher in the UK, Adam transitioned to teaching and leadership roles in British international schools in Shanghai, China, and most recently as Athletic Director of a British international school in Chicago.

Throughout Adam’s career, he has held a strong belief in the power of sports to enhance lives through new and exciting experiences. This belief led to the initiation and expansion of youth sports programs, including climbing, bouldering, fencing, and archery across Chicago. Beyond the classroom, Adam has orchestrated successful regional and international recreational events.

Adam is recognized not only for educational leadership but also for a commitment to projects that he holds personal connections with too. As a passionate soccer fan, USSF coaching badge holder, and Southend United supporter, he enjoys coaching soccer at all levels, with a passion for coaching at the youngest grassroots level.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Adam obviously loves to explore new countries, cultures, and national parks. As a Chicago resident, he and his wife enjoy all that Lake Michigan and its towns has to offer. He does love to find peace in the kitchen and loves cooking all cuisines, especially Indian curries.
